芒果蛋糕卷
新良焙食尚原味蛋糕粉是选用软质小麦研磨成的,做出的蛋糕柔软,细腻,用它做了个芒果卷,味道真的是杠杠滴。。。
我用的这个方子,君之,诗心,辽南蟹。。都用过,一直想做,却拖到了今天,虽然不如大师级的亲们做的好看,但是柔软度和口感还是大师级的,哈哈。。。

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 玉米油40克
  • 白糖40克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 蛋糕粉40克
  • 淡奶油150克
  • 白糖30克

Steps to make 芒果蛋糕卷

  • 1.各种材料备用,我用的是青芒。
  • 2.把鸡蛋蛋清和蛋黄分开,蛋黄里加入玉米油,牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入原味蛋糕粉。
  • 4.搅拌成细腻的无颗粒状。
  • 5.蛋清加几滴白醋,分三次加入白糖打发,提起打蛋器蛋清成直角就可以了。
  • 6.分三次加入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀。
  • 7.烤盘铺上油纸,把翻拌均匀的蛋糕糊倒入。
  • 8.抹平表面,使劲震几下烤盘,把气泡振出。
  • 9.烤箱200度预热5分钟,上下火180度15分钟即可。
  • 10.把蛋糕放到烤网上晾凉。
  • 11.芒果去皮,切块。
  • 12.淡奶油加白糖用打蛋器打发。
  • 13.把晾凉的蛋糕倒扣到另一张油纸上,抹上奶油。
  • 14.奶油抹平,放上芒果。
  • 15.卷起来,把头上拧紧,放入冰箱定型。
  • 16.最后拿出来切块,开吃哦。。。。
