榴香飘飘——榴莲披萨
前几天去超市买了个榴莲,这家伙真是不便宜喔,不过吃起来好香,已经成为我最喜欢的水果之一啦,今早看冰箱里还有一盒就拿出来做个披萨,别说吃得慢,家里除了我是没人吃这个的,哈哈,我有口福了,真是爱的人爱不释手,不喜欢的人是离的远远地。

  • 酵母2克
  • 植物油5克

Steps to make 榴香飘飘——榴莲披萨

  • 1.将饼皮的材料混合,揉成面团,室温发酵两倍大。
  • 2.揉出汽泡,松弛10分钟。
  • 3.擀成圆饼状。
  • 4.放入涂好黄油的披萨盘中,用叉子插一些小孔在饼面上。
  • 5.放一层奶酪
  • 6.榴莲肉,我只用了这些的一半,这些是半个榴莲,也就是说我用了整个榴莲的四分之一。
  • 7.用保鲜袋装好去掉核的榴莲肉,捣成泥。
  • 8.用勺子均匀涂抹在饼皮上。
  • 9.再放一层奶酪,我没有写奶酪的量,按自己喜好来吧,但上层的量是底层的两倍。
  • 10.最后可以撒一点海苔碎,烤箱预热200度,上下火中层10分钟即可。
