  • 1.米淘洗净放入砂锅。
  • 2.加水适量浸泡30分钟。
  • 3.鸡蛋用它煎出花形备好。
  • 4.米中加少许油。
  • 5.大火开后小火煮饭约10分钟。
  • 6.腊肠切片。
  • 7.生抽、蚝油、白糖、凉开水拌匀。
  • 8.米饭收汤后下入腊肠继续最小火焖4分钟。
  • 9.放入鸡蛋与胡萝卜片焖4分钟关火,再焖10分钟开盖。
