超润巧克力蛋糕

Steps to make 超润巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器低速打散,
  • 2.加入糖粉,打至膨发,
  • 3.加入蛋液搅打,
  • 4.打至混合物呈乳膏状,
  • 5.把粉类拌匀,过筛一半至混合物中,拌一下,
  • 6.再加一半的淡奶油,拌匀
  • 7.筛入剩余的粉类,倒入剩余的淡奶油,拌匀
  • 8.把腰果弄碎拌入面糊中,
  • 9.装入裱花袋中,
  • 10.挤入纸杯中,
  • 11.表面再放几个腰果装饰一下,
  • 12.烤箱预热,175度,中层,上下火,烤25分钟左右,
  • 13.取出晾凉就可以食用了。
