  • 1.大虾去头,剥出虾仁冲洗干净。

  • 4.锅中水开加一勺盐,放入嫩豆腐焯一下水,捞出备用。
  • 5.利用焯豆腐的水焯一下一西蓝花捞出备用。
  • 6.锅中加一勺油烧热,放入虾头。
  • 7.炒出虾油,盛出虾头不要了。
  • 8.放入虾仁翻炒。
  • 9.虾仁炒变色放入西蓝花。
  • 10.加小半碗水,加盐,生抽,蚝油。
  • 11.放入豆腐炒匀。
  • 12.淋水淀粉。
  • 13.加香油调味即可。
  • 14.出锅装盘。
