  • 10.发酵至两倍大。
  • 11.分成等分。
  • 12.擀成面饼。
  • 13.卷成卷,反复操作几次。
  • 14.最后擀成薄饼。
  • 15.沿一边卷起。
  • 16.从中间切开。
  • 17.拧成麻花。
  • 18.再顺着麻花劲卷成花卷
  • 19.放入磨具,发酵30分钟,表面刷蛋液。入烤箱180度烤35分钟。
