  • 芥末1克
  • 0.5克
  • 细砂糖4克
  • 奶油芝士70克
  • 纯牛奶10克
  • 生姜1块

Steps to make 芥末芝士焗青口

  • 1.青口擦洗后,尽量清理干净表面的异物。
  • 2.锅里加入清水,放入生姜,大火烧开后倒入青口,将青口煮开口即可。
  • 3.掰开青口,将依附着的泥土冲洗干净,剪去青口肚里的小草,只留一个壳装肉即可。
  • 4.将其排放到烤盘上,放入220度上下火预热中的烤箱大概2分钟(烘干表面水分而已),取出。
  • 5.将奶油芝士,盐,细砂糖,纯牛奶隔水融化搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入芥末(喜欢辣的可以加多点),搅拌均匀,成为芥末芝士酱,装入裱花袋。
  • 7.将调好的酱料挤到青口上,然后放入烤箱中层220度上下火烘烤10~12分钟即可。
