1.虾洗净去头去壳留下尾部，从后背切开去砂线。![]()
2.鸡蛋液、面粉、盐、清水、胡椒粉制成调味糊，将收拾好的虾在调味糊里蘸一下。![]()
3.将蘸好调味糊的虾裹上面包糠。![]()
4.油烧至7分热放虾，炸至金黄即可。
