有次在餐馆吃到这道菜,觉得不错就自己回来试着做一下,油条放的有点多,因为有宝宝吃,所以也没有放辣椒,喜欢吃的可以放点青红椒

Steps to make 丝瓜油条

  • 1.丝瓜,油条,蒜
  • 2.丝瓜洗干净,削皮,切滚刀块
  • 3.油条用手撕成一段段的
  • 4.蒜用刀背拍散
  • 5.油烧八成热
  • 6.放入丝瓜和蒜,翻炒至七成熟左右
  • 7.加盐,鸡精,适量的加一点水或高汤,煮一下
  • 8.丝瓜熟了后,放入油条,加两勺生抽,半勺蚝油,翻炒,如果汤不够,可以适量的加些水或高汤
  • 9.油条变半软状态就可以出锅啦!
