昨天看着提交的还是十几篇的炸酱面,今天已经有三十多篇了,大家好积极,美食家里又是热闹非凡,活力无限啊!球球已经很久没有参加类似的活动了,这次怎么也要做上一个来凑热闹吧,呵呵,希望大家也会喜欢我做的炸酱面哦!

说到这个炸酱面啊,我可真是费劲心思了,特意去超市找的,走了一家没有,买了一瓶海天的黄豆酱,我还是不死心,又跑了一家大一点的超市,最后终于在超市架子上看到了这个牌子的豆酱,远远看到的时候,我是飞奔过去的,兴奋劲真是不用说了,不然我也没办法参赛了呢!

  • 4.适量清水,搅拌开待用。

  • 6.下入葱白稍微煸香。
  • 7.下入剩余瘦的部分,炒至肉色发白。
  • 8.放适量生抽,一直中火熬到浓稠,期间要偶尔搅拌,防止黏底,我喜欢稍微多汁一些,就没有熬太浓,起锅前放适量香油提香。
