【焦糖布丁】---热着吃更美味
焦糖布丁的容器,

可以选择玻璃布丁瓶,也可以选择上口较大的蛋挞模、铝箔杯等,

布丁瓶适合直接拿着杯子食用,

而铝箔杯就适合烤好以后倒扣在盘子里,这时候焦糖朝上会更加诱人。

  • 细砂糖60克
  • 清水30克
  • 热水2汤勺
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 牛奶760克
  • 淡奶油320克

Steps to make 【焦糖布丁】---热着吃更美味

  • 1.称量好砂糖,加入清水,轻轻晃动奶锅使均匀。中火煮开后转小火。
  • 2.煮至深褐色时,关火,迅速加入2大勺的开水,拌匀。(煮好的糖浆加入开水以后,会沸腾得很厉害,要注意安全)
  • 3.煮好的糖浆平均倒入容器里。等糖浆干了以后才能加入布丁液。
  • 4.称量好牛奶和淡奶油。
  • 5.加入细砂糖和香草精混合均匀。
  • 6.小火煮开后盖上盖子稍焖一会。(边煮边轻轻搅拌)
  • 7.鸡蛋打散。
  • 8.缓缓加入煮开的牛奶液,边加边搅拌。混合均匀以后过筛两遍,去掉杂质。
  • 9.分装到布丁瓶里。
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱,水浴法150度半小时。
