    Steps to make 腐乳猪蹄

    • 1.猪蹄焯水,水里放一块拍碎的姜,水开放两汤勺白酒。再次煮沸。
    • 2.葱切马蹄状,姜切片,红辣椒切段,腐乳四小块加点腐乳汁搅碎。
    • 3.猪蹄过冷水洗干净。
    • 4.锅里放油,小火把猪蹄煸炒微黄,多余的油倒出去,放入三四颗冰糖炒一会。
    • 5.放入葱姜干辣椒炒出香味,倒入腐乳汁,五香粉一茶匙炒匀。
    • 6.兑水淹没猪蹄,放一汤匙生抽,半茶匙盐。
    • 7.大火烧开,小火炖一小时半。
    • 8.放半茶匙盐,大火收汁,收干了才会有红红的颜色哦!最后淋点香油提香,放点鸡精或者味精翻匀即可。
    • 9.装盘用细葱丝装饰,要是有香菜更好。
