【金格勒试用报告—肉丁炸酱面
这次有幸能得到金格勒酱的试用机会,非常高兴。昨天才收到这款酱料,就忙着做了一道酱爆桃仁鸡丁,得到了家里两个吃货的一至赞赏。
今天又用这款酱料做了肉丁炸酱面。原来每次做炸酱面我都是用干黄酱和甜面酱这两种酱调和,这次因为金格勒酱本身就是一款复合酱料,口感咸中带甜,酱香非常浓郁醇厚,我也就省去了两种酱调和的麻烦。

    Steps to make 【金格勒试用报告—肉丁炸酱面

    • 1.原料:面条、猪肉、黄瓜、绿豆芽、胡萝卜、金格勒酱。
    • 2.黄瓜洗净切丝,绿豆芽掐头去尾,胡萝卜切丝,红萝卜和绿豆芽分别焯水备用。
    • 3.猪肉肥肉和瘦肉分别切丁。
    • 4.锅中多放一些油,放入葱姜、八角、香叶、小火煸出香味。
    • 5.煸出香味后,放入肥肉丁煸炒。
    • 6.煸炒至肉丁金黄色,捞出八角等调料不用。
    • 7.放入瘦肉丁煸炒。
    • 8.煸炒至水分收干,放入金格勒酱小火翻炒。
    • 9.放入料酒煸炒。
    • 10.小火煸炒到油和酱充分混合即可。
    • 11.煮锅水烧沸,下入手擀面煮熟即可。
    • 12.面条煮熟过涼,依次放入焯过水的绿豆芽、胡萝卜、黄瓜,拌上炸好的炸酱即可。
