自制果冻
琼脂是由石花菜或江篱(属红藻)经加热至溶化后,加以冷却凝固而成的海藻精华。琼脂含有丰富的膳食纤维(含量为80.9%),蛋白质含量高,热量低,具有排毒养颜、泻火、润肠、降血压、降血糖和防癌作用,被联合国粮农组织确认为21世纪健康食品。

Steps to make 自制果冻

  • 1.把琼脂用凉水泡半小时。
  • 2.然后用500ML水加热搅拌,到琼脂完全融化。
  • 3.再倒入果珍。
  • 4.将琼脂果冻水搅拌均匀。
  • 5.菠萝或其他水果切成小块。
  • 6.将水果放在容器中,倒入琼脂水。
  • 7.放在冰箱里冷藏至凝固即可。
