    • 1.鸭蛋黄八个洗净。
    • 2.肉糜加姜葱。
    • 3.锅内倒油加热,等冷却后倒入老抽少许。
    • 4.肉糜加盐、鸡蛋、酱油,少许鸡精。
    • 5.锅内加水烧开。
    • 6.把肉糜里放入蛋黄裹圆,放开水锅里。
    • 7.待收汁即可。
    • 8.装碗里切开给筒子们看看。
    • 9.这道菜有肉的香味又有鸭蛋黄特有的香味。真是味道好极了。
