黑椒土豆烧鸡腿
第一次用鸡腿烧土豆,味道不是一般的好,试过还想吃第二顿。拿来和大家分享一下做法。。。

  • 鸡腿3个
  • 土豆1个
  • 胡萝卜半个
  • 葱头5个
  • 生抽2汤匙
  • 鲍鱼汁2汤匙
  • 甜面酱1汤匙
  • 米酒3汤匙
  • 鸡粉少许

Steps to make 黑椒土豆烧鸡腿

  • 1.土豆和胡萝卜分别去皮洗净,切成块状
  • 2.鸡腿洗净沥干水,斩块
  • 3.用大碗盛起鸡腿块,放黑椒粒、盐、鸡粉、生抽、甜酱、米酒搅拌均匀
  • 4.加上拍扁的葱头一起腌制20分钟左右
  • 5.锅里放适量油烧热,倒下腌制好的鸡腿保持大火煎制。期间鸡腿慢慢会煎出油脂,皮会卷缩,转变成焦黄色
  • 6.翻转另一面同样煎制,至鸡腿块全部转色,翻炒片刻
  • 7.倒下切好的土豆、胡萝卜块
  • 8.保持大火翻炒,这时煎鸡腿渗出的油脂会让土豆吸收,香味开始弥漫整个厨房
  • 9.加上适量清水
  • 10.水量和食材持平就行,用锅铲拌匀,遮上锅盖焖煮10分钟左右
  • 11.焖至汁剩一点,倒下鲍鱼汁翻炒均匀(切记鲍鱼汁在收汁时倒下翻炒均匀即可,煎制时不要过早加进去,会糊锅底)
