专栏奖励的小熊煮蛋器拿来就一直热饭,感觉挺委屈这个精致的小家什,看里面送得菜谱主要是做鸡蛋羹,看起来很诱人,于是也试了一下,真的不是一般好啊,滑嫩极了,唉,回忆起儿子小时候,我就没蒸过这么好的蛋羹,做的微波炉蒸蛋羹,蜂窝一样,大概那时儿子开始不爱吃鸡蛋了吧。

Steps to make 煮蛋器体验-----海米酸菜蒸蛋羹

  • 1.酸菜,海米(提前泡好),香菜切末。
  • 2.煮蛋器带的两个蒸盒抹一层油,磕入鸡蛋。
  • 3.加盐(1/4茶匙)搅拌几下。
  • 4.每个鸡蛋加入100ml温水,边加边搅拌,直到无泡沫为止。
  • 5.分别加入海米和酸菜。
  • 6.煮蛋器底座加入90ml清水。
  • 7.蒸盒放入蒸格,盖盖,通电,直到自动断电。
  • 8.蒸好后,用勺子划一下,淋生抽和香油,撒香菜末。
