糖醋里脊——茄汁版
糖醋里脊有传统的冰糖香醋版,可以参照糖醋排骨,还有就是番茄酱版。之前的步骤都差并不多,只是调汁不同。传统的比较偏中式,糖醋分明,比较浓郁咸鲜。番茄酱的就比较偏西式,酸甜开胃,可以当零食吃。

  • 里脊肉300克
  • 番茄酱一点五汤匙
  • 一块
  • 一茶匙
  • 胡椒粉一茶匙
  • 白糖一汤匙
  • 芝麻一茶匙

Steps to make 糖醋里脊——茄汁版

  • 1.原料图。里脊若是想要好切,就放进冰箱冻硬。
  • 2.里脊切丝,用盐,胡椒粉,蛋清姜丝腌渍十分钟。
  • 3.一边撒淀粉一边用手抓散,直到所有里脊都沾上淀粉并且散开不粘连。
  • 4.入油锅炸微黄后,捞出,油不停火,再次放进去炸金黄备用。
  • 5.所有油倒出去后,锅上沾的油就足够,把番茄酱,糖,芝麻一起放进去小火炒冒小泡。
  • 6.放入半碗水,熬到汤汁浓郁,把步骤4中的肉丝放进去拌匀即可。(图忘记拍了)。
