    • 1.准备蕨根粉。
    • 2.用凉水清洗一下。
    • 3.蕨根粉凉水下锅,开锅煮一分多钟关火,再泡一会,泡到没有硬心。
    • 4.泡好拿出来放凉开水里面。
    • 5.蒜切沫,葱切沫,青红辣椒切小段。
    • 6.凉锅放入花椒,用最小的火慢慢煸炒,炒到花椒颜色变深就拿出来放凉。
    • 7.用擀面杖,压成细粉,每次我喜欢自己做花椒面,只为了香。
    • 8.热锅放油,放青红辣椒。
    • 9.放一些葱。
    • 10.放蒜,就可以了,趁热的时候放入盐拌匀。
    • 11.准备一个碗汁,放白醋,生抽,白糖,红醋,鸡精调匀。
    • 12.先倒入碗汁。
    • 13.撒上花椒粉。
    • 14.浇上辣椒油。
