健康美味的全麦吐司
一段时间没摸烤箱,心里怪痒痒的。上周末没安排外出,呆在家里收拾完毕还有些空闲时间,赶紧做了款全麦面包。
这款面包既可当早餐吃,也可以当零食哦,怕长胖的也不用担心

  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 全麦面粉60g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白糖40g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 3g
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油20g

Steps to make 健康美味的全麦吐司

  • 1. 将除黄油以外的所有材料放进面包机(按先湿后干的顺序,酵母最后放),启动面包机的和面程序,把面团揉至光滑,加入黄油,继续启动和面程序,揉至扩展阶段;
  • 2.揉好的面团发酵至2~3倍大小,将发酵好的面团放案板上,排气
  • 3.待面团排气完成后,平均分为3等份,滚圆静置15分钟左右
  • 4.将静置好的面团擀成椭圆形
  • 5.从一端卷向另一端,收口处朝下
  • 6.放入吐司盒中常温下发酵45分钟左右
  • 7.等发酵完成后放入180度预热好的烤箱中下层,上下火中上层烤45分钟即可。
  • 8.搭配上煎鸡蛋
