  • 1.瘦肉切成薄片。
  • 2.放入盘中,加少许盐和清水抓到起粘性,再加入适量生粉,最后加一勺花生油抓匀,腌制十分钟。
  • 3.青红尖椒对半切开后,分别切段。
  • 4.姜切片、蒜切片、肥肉切小块、豆豉20粒备用。
  • 5.锅加底油,先下肥肉煎出香味,再下姜、蒜、豆豉炒香。
  • 6.加入肉片炒散炒变色。
  • 7.淋入半勺老抽翻炒上色。
  • 8.加入青红椒段大火翻炒几下。
  • 9.最后加适量盐和鸡精提味。
