紫菜包饭
很久没做紫菜包饭了,看着买回来很久了的紫菜,今天还是做了顿,给小宝贝带出去公园春游

Steps to make 紫菜包饭

  • 1.大米洗净放入锅内煮成米饭,就平时吃的就可以,煮的时候稍微带点湿会更好吃哦,煮饭的时间我们可以准备包饭的材料了
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入碗内
  • 3.加入少许盐搅打均匀
  • 4.小火热锅,不粘锅热锅刷入一层薄油,倒入鸡蛋液,摊平
  • 5.等底下那面凝结了就可以翻面了,煎好的蛋饼切长条备用
  • 6.黄瓜去皮,切长条
  • 7.胡萝卜切长条焯水备用
  • 8.广式腊肠煮熟后切长条
  • 9.准备好的馅
  • 10.米饭煮好后,盛出放凉至40度左右
  • 11.把盐,糖和醋混合均匀后倒入米饭内,拌匀
  • 12.在紫菜包饭竹帘上放上一块紫菜
  • 13.放上适量的米饭
  • 14.把馅摆好放在1/3处,挤上沙拉酱
  • 15.用竹帘卷起来,压实
  • 16.切块即可,这里的材料适合做2个紫菜包饭,米饭量请酌情加减,我用了2量勺的大米
