  • 1.把材料备好
  • 2.我用原汁机分理的
  • 3.用不粘锅,选用中小火将打好凤梨馅倒入不停翻炒
  • 4.翻炒到略干倒入麦芽糖,黄油红糖砂糖不停翻炒
  • 5.炒到这样就可以
  • 6.倒出放凉
  • 7.将黄油软化,打至顺滑倒入糖粉打到蓬松略打发的样子
  • 8.分多次倒入蛋黄,搅打到完全融合
  • 9.分3次加入低筋面粉,盐、奶粉混合后筛入黄油里,用刮刀搅匀,使粉和黄油完全混合,把面团放入冰箱冷藏一会
  • 10.取约20克面皮,10克馅,慢慢将囗收起

  • 12.用手把面团压平,使面团在模具里定型
  • 13.预热烤箱200度
  • 14.将凤梨酥连同模具一起放入烤箱,25分钟左右,烤到表面略黄即可
  • 15.取出晾凉脱模
