水果也有新吃法-----牛油果焗虾仁
牛油果是非常有营养的热带水果,每次买回之后总想着变换花样尝试不同的做法,让女儿多吃点,除了做奶昔做饮料,做沙拉之外,这个焗烤的方式也不错,加了虾仁进去蛋黄酱的香味和牛油果本身的奶油香很好的融合在一起,很香浓也很营养。
牛油果有“天然奶油”之称。其果肉为黃绿色,味如牛油,被称为“森林的牛油”,果肉含有多种不饱和脂肪酸,所以有降低胆固醇减少心血管方面疾病发生的作用,另外牛油果所含的维生素、叶酸对美容保健也很有功效,而且它富含丰富的维生素A、E和B2,对眼睛有益经常面对电脑的上班族可以适当多吃一些。

  • 鲜虾5个
  • 黑胡椒粉少许
  • 蛋黄酱少许

Steps to make 水果也有新吃法-----牛油果焗虾仁

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.南瓜切小块,鲜虾去头剔去虾肠。
  • 3.南瓜用微波炉加热2分钟至熟,鲜虾放锅中煮熟捞出。
  • 4.煮熟的虾剥去外壳切成小与南瓜相同大小的块,加入盐和黑胡椒粉腌10分钟。
  • 5.牛油果洗净擦干水份后,对切成二半。
  • 6.去掉果核后将果肉挖出也切成小块,挖空的果壳留做当烤碗。
  • 7.将处理好的南瓜,虾仁,牛油果一起放入碗中。
  • 8.加黑胡椒粉,盐,和少许蛋黄酱拌匀。
  • 9.重新装入至果壳中。
  • 10.表面再挤上少许蛋黄酱,放入预热好210度的烤箱烤8-10分钟左右至表面出现焦黄色即可。
