本人很喜欢吃茄子,茄子怎么做都好吃,如果方法得当的话,本人也喜欢尝试各种烹调方法,从中得到不少经验和乐趣。但在俺们这嘎地方,只能买到大茄子,想买其他品种的,只能开车两小时到亚洲人市场去,每次去那,都象抢购似的,买一大堆蔬菜,太远了,经常去,不值当,只能将就着买西人的大茄子。即使是材料比较粗糙,但用心去做,也会做出个美味来。

Steps to make 泰汁茄墩

  • 1.肉末放适量生抽1.5小匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙、料酒1小匙、糖1/2小匙、玉米淀粉1小匙,按一方向搅拌均匀;
  • 2.葱切碎,入肉末碗,与肉末混合均匀;
  • 3.茄子切成墩,约3-4厘米长;
  • 4.用挖勺挖个大凹洞,以备放肉;
  • 5.在大凹洞里均匀抹上玉米淀粉;
  • 6.满满地填上肉末;
  • 7.放在锅里慢火底面两边炸;
  • 8.炸至肉末表面呈金黄色,捞起滤油码盘;
  • 9.锅烧开水半锅,放盐1小匙、食油1大匙,将西兰花焯至断生;捞起滤水,拌着炸过的茄子;
  • 10.用一碗,放瓶装泰汁2大匙、盐1/8小匙、糖1大匙、茄汁1大匙、玉米淀粉1小匙、胡椒粉1/4小匙、麻油1/2小匙,搅拌均匀;
  • 11.将碗汁倒入锅,大火烧至起大泡,汁变得透明;
  • 12.将碗汁浇在茄子墩上。
