  • 5.塞好肉的面筋包。
  • 6.把面筋包放入沙煲,倒入半沙煲的水,加入葱姜,老抽,盐,糖。
  • 7.大火烧开转小火慢炖。
  • 8.收汁装盘,配点烫熟的菜心。
