鲜果巧克力蛋糕

  • 菠果肉(或青苹果)65克
  • 黄油65克
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 葡萄干30克
  • 糖粉65克
  • 杏仁粉50克
  • 全蛋30克
  • 淡奶油10克
  • 低粉65克
  • 小苏打1/8小匙
  • 可可粉15克

Steps to make 鲜果巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.菠萝切成1厘米的小丁。
  • 2.20克黄油加10克细砂糖用小火煮至黄油熔化,再加入菠萝丁和葡萄干,改用中小火煮至菠萝变软,放凉备用。
  • 3.65克黄油室温下软化后,分别加入糖粉及杏仁粉,用刮刀稍微拌和。
  • 4.改用打蛋器搅打均匀,然后分次加入全蛋液用快速方法搅匀。
  • 5.加入淡奶油。
  • 6.再次搅打均匀后,筛入低粉、小苏打和可可粉的混合物。
  • 7.用刮刀稍微拌和后加入一半的菠萝葡萄丁。
  • 8.再以不规则的方向拌匀呈面糊状。
  • 9.将面糊刮入纸模内约8分满,将表面抹平,再将剩余的菠萝葡萄丁均匀地铺在面糊表面。
  • 10.烤箱预热,180度烘焙约25--30分钟。
  • 11.冷热皆宜。
