经典美味的提拉米苏
提拉米苏(Tiramisu)是一种带咖啡酒味儿的意大利甜点,由马斯卡邦尼奶酪、意式咖啡、手指饼干与咖啡酒/朗姆酒制成的。

  • 马斯卡彭芝士250克
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 砂糖75克
  • 清水75克
  • 淡奶油150克
  • 吉利丁片10克
  • 手指饼干一包

Steps to make 经典美味的提拉米苏

  • 1.准备所有原材料(咖啡酒可以用一包速溶咖啡加10克朗姆酒自己调)。
  • 2.砂糖加清水融化成糖浆备用。
  • 3.蛋黄打发。
  • 4.熬好的糖浆少量多次加入蛋黄中打发。
  • 5.吉利丁提前冰水泡软。
  • 6.吉利丁隔水融化液体。
  • 7.糖浆全部加蛋黄中,持续打发8分钟。
  • 8.马斯卡彭芝士放容器中,就打三圈,否则油水分离了。
  • 9.将蛋黄糊分三次加到马斯卡彭芝士中。打发。
  • 10.打发好的芝士蛋黄糊。加入吉利丁液拌匀备用。
  • 11.淡奶油打发好,与蛋黄糊混合备用。
  • 12.手指饼干蘸咖啡酒。
  • 13.在模具底部摆一层(如图)。
  • 14.然后倒入一层提拉米苏糊。抹平。
  • 15.、(如图)再摆一层饼干。
  • 16.然后再倒入一层提拉米苏糊。抹平。冰箱冷藏5小时以上成型。
  • 17.脱模(可以利用风筒吹一下周围),然后可可粉和糖粉装饰。
  • 18.一周用手指饼干围好,就可以了。
