酱香蛋
食材:
土鸡蛋3个,豆瓣酱少许,鲜辣椒适量切丁,
调料:
精盐,调和油。
方法:
1、锅里烧油下入辣椒丁炒香,
2、待辣椒炒至半生熟进下入豆瓣酱和精盐翻炒均匀。
3、再将鸡蛋打入锅里,
4、不停地炒至均匀,
5、待蛋完全凝固时炒匀即成。
