奶香小布丁
今天分享一个超嫩滑的奶香小布丁,做法超级简单。
只需要把材料搅拌搅拌,过筛一下,分分钟搞定,新手无压力喔✌️!
成品奶味十足,超级嫩滑,是我家小朋友的最爱!

  • 淡奶油250ml
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 90g

Steps to make 奶香小布丁

  • 1.先把糖秤好。
  • 2.打蛋盆中加入牛奶和淡奶油。
  • 3.加入糖隔热水加热并不断搅拌。
  • 4.至糖融化,然后将牛奶冷却至不烫手。
  • 5.加入鸡蛋。
  • 6.用手动搅拌器搅拌均匀。
  • 7.把拌好的布丁液过筛2-3遍。
  • 8.盖保鲜膜静止一小时。
  • 9.将静置好的布丁液倒入模具,8-9分满,烤盘里加温水,不烫手为宜!
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱、下层、165度、30-35分钟,直到布丁液完全凝固!
  • 11.香喷喷的奶香布丁就做好啦!
  • 12.迫不及待想吃一个,好嫩滑。
  • 13.奶味十足呀!
