Steps to make 牛奶藜麦粥

  • 1.原料:牛奶、白藜麦、葡萄干。
  • 2.白藜麦15克,放入锅中,加入清水,开火,大火烧开,小火焖煮。不要疑问我,为什么不淘洗藜麦直接入锅,我用的是免洗免浸泡的西藏藜麦。
  • 3.大约20分钟的时候,藜麦已经煮熟了,而且汤汁也较少了,加入牛奶,继续小火煮,并用锅勺搅拌,以妨粘锅底。
  • 4.最后加入葡萄干,搅拌均匀,即可关火。
  • 5.葡萄干的酸甜,打开了胃蕾并增加了牛奶藜麦粥的味道。
  • 6.来尝一尝吧,家里的宝宝一定会喜欢的。
