过年的餐桌,必须要有的汤菜之一。过年的菜比较油腻了,吃这菜开胃有下饭。推荐这道酸菜鱼。这菜是开胃下饭的好帮手,配料用酸菜鱼的佐料比较方便。无论是江鱼还是海鱼都可以做酸菜鱼。如果家里有小孩和老人的最好用海鱼,因为鱼刺比较少,吃起来比较方便。本食谱用偏口鱼,肉质很鲜美口感又滑润,如果不食辣味可以不放辣酱料包。也是很难享受到完美的美味。这个口感能吃二大碗饭,非常的下饭啊!过年节怕吃油腻菜,这汤最适合,酸爽开胃又可口。

Steps to make 酸菜鱼

  • 1.将鱼去除五脏和鱼鳞,清洗干净,切下鱼肉备用。
  • 2.用调料包带来的淀粉抓一下鱼肉片,腌制10分钟左右。
  • 3.锅内放植物油把剔下来的鱼骨头煎一下。这个不喜欢可以过这步骤。
  • 4.植物油热了。加料包里的腌菜炒一下,还有辣椒包调料,我家不吃辣的就没有放,这样比较好吃。
  • 5.​加入适量的清水煮开锅。喜欢喝汤可以多加水。腌菜很咸,所以加水多了也没有问题。
  • 6.大约8分钟左右锅全部煮开了。现在就把腌制好的鱼片,用筷子夹起来慢慢的放入开的锅中,一定要小心一些哈,免得烫着
  • 7.​把腌制好的鱼片,全部放入锅里煮开锅,加点胡萝卜片,如果喜欢放其他蔬菜,可按照自家的口味添加。一切按照自家的口味就是最好的,我家人口味比较清淡,所以我加入胡萝卜调解一下。
