  • 紫苏10g
  • 香葱2棵
  • 啤酒1瓶
  • 植物油100g
  • 3g
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 生抽20g

Steps to make 蒜蓉龙虾

  • 1.大蒜分成两分,一半打成蒜蓉,一半打成大的颗粒状。
  • 2.放入红辣椒碎加入盐拌匀腌渍十分钟。
  • 3.热锅热油烧至冒烟倒入龙虾加入姜片大火炸。
  • 4.炸至红色。
  • 5.捞出来备用。
  • 6.锅里留底油倒入一半的蒜蓉中火煸炒。
  • 7.加入生抽炒2分钟。
  • 8.倒入剩下的一半蒜蓉。
  • 9.倒入蚝油拌匀。
  • 10.加入龙虾翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入啤酒。
  • 12.盖上盖子大火煮5--8分钟。
  • 13.大火收汁。
  • 14.放入紫苏。
  • 15.大快朵颐!
