街头小吃——自制鲜虾肉末肠粉
以前的肠粉都是去早餐店吃,后来发现其实肠粉在家里做也是很简单的,把材料放进去,想吃什么放什么,放了肉还有虾很营养丰盛。

  • 150g
  • 鲜虾100g
  • 五花肉80g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 小葱20g
  • 大蒜10g
  • 生抽10ml
  • 蚝油10ml

Steps to make 街头小吃——自制鲜虾肉末肠粉

  • 1.凉粉粉和水搅拌融化,静止30分钟长粉粉和水的比例是1:1.5。
  • 2.猪肉剁碎,加入蚝油,生抽腌制,先下剥壳后加入少许料酒,葱切成葱花。
  • 3.底部刷一层油,然后舀入一勺肠粉浆。
  • 4.均匀的撒上肉末鸡蛋液和葱花。
  • 5.另外一盘的话也可以放上虾。
  • 6.锅中水烧开后把肠粉将盘放入锅中。
  • 7.盖上锅盖大火蒸两分钟。
  • 8.蒸好的肠粉用刮板在盘子上刮下来。
  • 9.做好的肠粉放入盘子内摆好。
  • 10.锅中热油加入蒜米炒香。
  • 11.加入适量生抽。
  • 12.加入适量蚝油。
  • 13.加入少许水煮开,这就是做好的肠粉酱汁。
  • 14.把酱汁均匀的淋在肠粉上面即可。
