豆沙汤圆
准备做咸汤圆时,女儿说要吃甜的,家里剩了点豆沙,就做了几个豆沙汤圆。
我用凉水搓的粉,(比例可以参考我的菜谱家乡咸汤圆。)只适合现包现煮,不太适合冷冻,容易裂开。

  • 菠菜汁面团60g
  • 甜菜头面团60g
  • 姜糖2大匙

Steps to make 豆沙汤圆

  • 1.豆沙搓成5克一个的圆球,冷冻变硬。
  • 2.三色面团搓成长条。
  • 3.拧在一块。
  • 4.分成12份(15克/个)
  • 5.搓成球形。
  • 6.取一个,用手指压个窝,放入冻硬的豆沙。
  • 7.收口,搓成圆球。
  • 8.把水烧开。
  • 9.放入汤圆煮至浮起来,小火再煮约5分钟即可。
  • 10.另取小锅放入2大匙姜糖(姜糖是自家做的,做法可以看我的菜谱自制糖姜与姜糖。),和约2碗的水。
  • 11.煮开,糖溶化。
  • 12.碗里放入汤圆,放入姜糖水即可。
