  • 1.香椿清洗干净。
  • 2.锅内加水烧开,下入香椿焯水,颜色变绿捞出。
  • 3.面粉,淀粉放入一个碗内,加入适量清水。
  • 4.打入鸡蛋,放入13香,盐拌匀。
  • 5.调成面糊,醒15分钟。
  • 6.香椿放入面糊里面。
  • 7.均匀的粘上一层面糊。
  • 8.油温7成热,放入香椿。
  • 9.两面炸至金黄,也炸的酥脆酥脆的,我用的花生油,炸的颜色会浅一些。
