糯米蛋包饭
这样一盘色香味俱全的蛋包饭,脱去了黄色的外衣也是很好吃。这个糯米饭可以说是我们这儿的特色早餐之一,方言叫:“炒吹饭”,喜欢糯米又没吃过这种烧法的的朋友可要先收下,有空一定炒上一盘尝尝哦!

    Steps to make 糯米蛋包饭

    • 1.准备所需食材
    • 2.将猪肉、口菇、茭白、胡萝卜、香干切丁
    • 3.糯米清洗干净,浸泡4-6小时后放蒸锅里蒸熟(约10分钟左右)
    • 4.锅内放入适量猪油(猪油可稍多些,这样的饭炒出来更香哦!)
    • 5.先放入胡萝卜丁爆炒几秒
    • 6.倒入肉丁翻炒
    • 7.猪肉变色炒出香味后沿着锅边倒入适量料酒
    • 8.倒入香干和茭白丁翻炒,翻炒中途再次倒入些料酒
    • 9.炒上一两分钟后倒入蒸好的糯米一起翻拌均匀,开小火
    • 10.加入适量盐
    • 11.生抽,翻炒均匀,要不停的翻拌,使糯米饭不糊底
    • 12.出锅前加入香花(如果不做蛋包饭即可食用)
    • 13.准备好鸡蛋和炒好的糯米饭
    • 14.鸡蛋打散,加入适量盐和料酒
    • 15.平底锅内加少许油,倒入蛋液,使蛋液均匀摊于锅底
    • 16.一面煎熟后再翻面将其两面煎熟,盛出放于小碗内,中间盛上适量糯米饭
    • 17.先将一个平盘扣于小碗上,再将其翻面,使小碗扣在盘子上(如图所示)
    • 18.将小碗轻轻取出,用小刀或剪刀在顶部开出十字,香香蛋包饭做好了!
