Steps to make 可颂面包

  • 1.牛奶,酵母粉倒入厨师机内。
  • 2.除黄油,盐,全部材料倒入厨师机内。
  • 3.继续搅拌几分钟。
  • 4.加入黄油继续搅拌几分钟。
  • 5.搅拌至光滑面团。放入不锈钢碗里。盖上湿布。等待发酵。
  • 6.以室温30度,发酵至50分钟,两倍大。
  • 7.将面包分成60克一个。
  • 8.取一份面团,擀成三角形,,然后切断。
  • 9.然后依次卷起来。
  • 10.放入42升的格兰仕烤箱,以上火200度,下火180度烘烤20分钟即可,每家烤箱的品牌大小不一样,所设置的温度和时间也不一样 。
