干煸豆角
干煸豆角属于川菜系,算是比较受欢迎的一道菜。其实做法还是比较简单的,正宗的干煸豆角里面是加芽菜的,但是我没有买到,所以就只能做个高仿版的凑合一下了。芽菜和南充冬菜、涪陵榨菜以及内江大头菜 并称四川四大腌菜。如果有机会可以品尝一下哦。

  • 鸡精1匙
  • 白糖1勺

Steps to make 干煸豆角

  • 1.准备所需食材,将豆角摘洗干净并掰成小段备用。
  • 2.锅中加油烧热加入豆角。
  • 3.炸至豆角发干后捞出备用。
  • 4.干辣椒掰小段、蒜切片、姜切丝、葱切圈备用。
  • 5.锅中加底油下入肉馅炒至变色后加入葱、姜、蒜和干辣椒炒香。
  • 6.下入炸好的豆角加白糖、鸡精、盐调味并翻炒均匀即。
