    Steps to make 蜜汁八宝饭

    • 1.糯米淘洗净后加入水和几滴食用油,先泡二个小时后放入电饭煲中蒸熟
    • 2.将蜜枣切小丁与葡萄干,蔓越莓干和蜜豆拌匀。
    • 3.蒸好的糯米轻轻打散后趁热拌入果干和适量白糖。(加点猪油的话口感会更好,我没加)
    • 4.取一大碗,用软化的黄油抹匀,然后放冰箱内冷藏10分钟使黄油凝固
    • 5.山楂片改成长条状和小花状。
    • 6.摆在大碗内。
    • 7.把拌好的糯米装入碗内约一半满,然后铺上一层红豆沙馅。
    • 8.再用糯米把碗填满,轻轻压实。
    • 9.放入蒸锅内蒸20分钟取出。
    • 10.将糯米饭翻扣在一盘中。
    • 11.锅中加清水、白糖熬浓,加入蜂蜜调匀。
    • 12.浇在八宝饭上即可。
