今天天气挺好,蜜人参片做起来,放上三个月再来吃!没精气神,人软无力时,捞几片嚼嚼![强]参须可别丢,它里面的人参皂苷更丰富,可拿来炖鸡炖鸽子,鲜人参是润的,不用担心会上火。

Steps to make 蜜鲜人参片

  • 1.准备2根10年的鲜人参。
  • 2.用牙刷给它洗白白。
  • 3.切掉顶背的芦头,再切掉细的根须,把主体切成稍微厚点的片。
  • 4.切好的参片放瓷碗中,准备一瓶土蜂蜜。
  • 5.倒些蜂蜜到参片中
  • 6.搅拌均匀,让每片参都裏上蜂蜜。
  • 7.锅中水开放进装有参片的瓷碗,大火蒸5-8分钟,根据参片切的厚薄调整时间长短。我切的比较厚,蒸了8分钟,碗上不用加盖。
  • 8.蒸好的参片取出放凉。
  • 9.煮开消毒后晾干的密封罐中先加一层蜂蜜。
  • 10.用筷子将参片夹出来放进密封罐中。
  • 11.再加蜂蜜完全将参片盖住。
  • 12.盖上盖子,放冰箱冷藏3个月以上就可以直接嚼着吃或泡水喝了。
  • 13.蒸参片的碗中会有一些蜜汁,可以给它另外装罐保存,第二天就可以拿来泡水喝了。
  • 14.切下来的根须也别浪费,可以用它来炖肉汤,它其中所含的人参皂苷更丰富。
