  • 1.把食材通通放进面包桶,启动和面程序15分钟。

  • 3.面包机进入发酵阶段30分钟
  • 4.发酵30分钟后的面团。
  • 5.取出排气,分成8个等份!
  • 6.擀成长舌状,从一头卷起.
  • 7.边缘和两端收紧口!
  • 8.整形放进学厨8连热狗模具!烤箱底部放碗开水,35度,40分钟!
  • 9.烤箱底部可以放一碗热开水.帮助发酵,
  • 10.发酵好的面包!涂抹上牛奶,撒上芝麻,「根据个人喜欢,也可以不撒芝麻,或是涂抹蛋液」
  • 11.烤箱预热180度,最底层烤30分钟!最后10分钟覆盖锡纸,上色不会太深!
  • 12.一款非常柔软的面包……「不夹馅也特好吃」
  • 13.汉堡胚切两半。
  • 14.培根裹上鸡蛋液!
  • 15.在裹上满满的面包糠
  • 16.放进烧热的油锅里中火快速翻面炸30秒就好了
  • 17.汉堡胚先挤上一层沙拉,铺上生菜,再挤一层沙拉!
  • 18.放上培根,每夹一层都挤上沙拉,沙拉根据个人喜好选择用量!最后在盖上生菜加色拉盖上汉堡。
