猫妮菜牛肉汤面
这个面是典型的河南吃法,我们这里叫汤面条,是最简单家常的做法。今天我用了采挖的野菜,如果不加牛肉和牛高汤的话,就是很复古的做法了,在过去食品紧张的年代,常常会做这样的汤面,当然肉是不可能有的。不过那个年代我也没有经历过,都是听父母讲的。只是现代的人倒是把吃到野菜当做一种享受了。哈哈!

Steps to make 猫妮菜牛肉汤面

  • 1.采挖回来的猫妮菜,来一个特写镜头,让亲们看的清楚些
  • 2.摘洗干净
  • 3.开水焯烫
  • 4.焯烫好的猫妮菜捞出。
  • 5.锅中放少量的油,炒香姜末后下入西红柿炒软
  • 6.熬好的牛高汤
  • 7.牛高汤倒入锅中,加入盐、胡椒粉调好味。
  • 8.下入菜和面条
  • 9.面条煮熟就行了
