今天买了一些草莓,刚刚做了草莓罐头,剩下的小颗粒正好用来做果酱!

Steps to make 大粒儿草莓果酱

  • 1.将草莓带蒂放入清水中,加适量食盐,浸泡五分钟,清洗干净,然后去绿蒂,放入玻璃碗中。
  • 2.把白糖放入碗中,腌渍三个小时以上。
  • 3.腌过的草莓会出很多汤汁。
  • 4.将草莓和汤汁一起倒进煮锅里,不用加水。
  • 5.煮开锅的草莓。
  • 6.开锅五分钟时的草莓,草莓颗粒如果太大,可以用勺子碾压草莓。
  • 7.开锅十分钟时的草莓,要用勺子不停的搅拌,以免糊锅。
  • 8.开锅十五分钟时的草莓,继续用勺子不停搅拌。
  • 9.开锅二十分钟时的草莓,这时的草莓已经越来越粘稠,继续用勺子不停搅拌。此时可以加点柠檬汁,不仅能够使果酱颜色更加鲜艳,味道也会更好,家里正好没有柠檬了,做出来的也很好。
  • 10.开锅三十分钟时的草莓,此时的草莓粘稠度刚刚好,我的果酱完成了。
  • 11.我把果酱装在了玻璃瓶里,干净透明,方便食用,很不错吧!
