老公买的黑布林是在太酸了,我就把它们做成了果酱。天然健康无添加,用另一种方式让酸的要死的布林变得好吃!

Steps to make 天然果酱变废为宝2——黑布林果酱

  • 1.将黑布林洗干净,去皮去核,切成小块。
  • 2.将切好的黑布林放在一个较大的容器里,撒上冰糖,搅拌均匀,封上保鲜膜或者盖上盖子,放入冰箱腌制出水2-3小时(夏天一定要放冰箱哦)。
  • 3.这是一小时后的样子。
  • 4.冷藏三小时以后的样子。
  • 5.倒入锅中,开最小的火,不加水直接开煮。期间不断捞出在烹煮过程中冒出的泡泡。
  • 6.没有泡泡以后,在烹煮的过程中不断搅拌,搅拌的过程很重要,因为此时果酱已经逐渐成型,不搅拌很容易粘底焦掉。
  • 7.到搅拌棒很清晰的可以把果酱划开两半的时候,果酱就已经做好啦。马上关火趁热倒入准备好的容器里面,盖上盖子。
  • 8.下午茶的好搭配。
  • 9.和苏打饼干特别配,酸酸甜甜。
