芒果椰汁布丁

Steps to make 芒果椰汁布丁

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.将鸡蛋打到碗里,用打蛋器打发。没有打蛋器的用筷子打散。越散越好。去掉表面的泡沫。我的是用筷子手打的
  • 3.将芒果切成丁,芒果最好选成熟度好,甜度好,肉质比较细腻的。切靠外面一层就好,不要把芒果丝切进去
  • 4.椰汁微微加热,温度三十度左右就可以了,只要温热就好,温度不能高。喜欢口味比较甜的,可以加一点冰糖在椰汁里(冰糖一定要完全融化)
  • 5.按照比例混到一起微微搅拌均匀。鸡蛋和椰汁比例:椰汁的量为鸡蛋清的1.3—1.5倍。芒果丁依个人口味添加,但是不能加太多。搅拌时候要请求搅拌,免得又搅出泡沫
  • 6.搅拌好以后倒入容器内,七分满就好了。盖上保鲜膜,保鲜膜上用牙签扎三四个小孔。然后放入锅里小火蒸熟即可。切记中途不能揭掉保鲜膜
  • 7.最简单的方法,煮饭的时候放到上面的蒸笼里,按下煮饭键。等饭熟了,上面的布丁也熟了,揭掉保鲜膜,鲜嫩可口的芒果椰汁布丁就成功了
