中式披萨
适量吃粗粮有益身体健康,粗粮主食我们常吃菜团子啊,贴饼子啊什么的~今天妈妈和我一起做了一道创新的粗粮主食——中式披萨,酥脆绵软的饼饼配上鲜香的韭菜鸡蛋馅料,让人欲罢不能啊!

Steps to make 中式披萨

  • 1.先来做中式披萨的饼皮,把玉米面和黄豆面用水充分活匀,醒发1小时左右。(醒的时间越长口感越好)之后打入一个鸡蛋并放入少许小苏打。
  • 2.接下来处理馅料:韭菜洗净后控完水切碎。
  • 3.把两个鸡蛋搅匀后炒熟,炒的时候用铲子切成小块。炒好后关火倒入切好的韭菜。
  • 4.放入少许虾皮。
  • 5.调味:放入盐和花椒粉及少许香油。之后把馅料拌匀。
  • 6.饼铛烧热,倒少许油,把和好的玉米黄豆面倒入饼铛均匀摊开。接着在上面铺上和好的韭菜馅料。
  • 7.盖上锅盖煎至15分钟左右。
  • 8.香喷酥脆的中式披萨就做好了,呵呵!
