豆面汤圆——甜蜜的童年回忆
一碗裹满豆面散着浓郁红糖香的豆面汤圆是童年最美的回忆,当然也是最美味的一道小吃,是每个云南人生活中必不可缺少的一种味道。细腻糍糯的汤圆裹着黄豆粉特有的香味,再浇上熬得浓香的红糖水,吃上一个让人感受到生活的香甜。

Steps to make 豆面汤圆——甜蜜的童年回忆

  • 1.黄豆放入烤箱里烤熟烤香烤至微黄。
  • 2.把烤好的黄豆放入料理机里打成粉,并过筛一遍筛取黄豆粉备用。
  • 3.煮锅放入50毫升水,放入红糖煮沸煮出香味后关火放凉备用。
  • 4.汤圆粉中加入适量水,揉成光滑面团。
  • 5.煮锅烧开适量水,揪一块面团搓圆后放入煮锅里。
  • 6.待搓好的汤圆一一浮上来后捞出来放入黄豆粉里,滚动汤圆让汤圆均匀地裹上一层黄豆面。
  • 7.把裹上豆面的汤圆放入小碗中,浇上两匙熬好的红糖水即可食用。
