    Steps to make 咖喱鸡肉饭

    • 1.鸡腿肉洗净控干水份后剔除鸡骨。
    • 2.将鸡腿肉切块后加入料酒,盐,胡椒粉稍腌几分钟,这时来准备蔬菜。
    • 3.将土豆、胡萝卜、青椒、红椒切菱形片,洋葱及泡好的黑木耳切片。
    • 4.锅里放适量油,将鸡腿肉放入煸炒。
    • 5.炒至颜色发白变色后滤油盛出。
    • 6.原锅将洋葱放入煸炒,炒至颜色透明。
    • 7.将土豆、胡萝卜加入一起翻炒。
    • 8.将炒好的鸡腿肉倒入,翻炒均匀。
    • 9.加入能没过蔬菜的清水,大火煮开后转中小火,盖好锅盖煮5-10分钟。
    • 10.煮至蔬菜快要软烂汤汁收去一半时放入黑木耳及二块咖喱块,此时关成小火,用锅铲不断地搅拌,让咖喱完全溶化并防止糊底。
    • 11.将青椒,红椒加入。
    • 12.搅拌均匀后加盐调味即可出锅。
