    Steps to make 黑椒牛肉丁

    • 1.主料准备好
    • 2.牛肉洗净,用刀背拍一拍松,然后逆着纹理切自己喜欢的大小
    • 3.倒入适量生抽、老抽、料酒、白糖、麻油、盐、生粉拌匀
    • 4.再撒入一些现磨黑胡椒粉,拌匀后放冰箱冷藏腌制一晚(如果不够时间,腌制2小时以上就可以了)
    • 5.青红椒、洋葱切丁
    • 6.锅里放适量油,烧热后放洋葱拌炒出香味
    • 7.随后将腌制好的牛肉连着汤汁一起倒入拌炒
    • 8.炒至牛肉断生后放青红辣椒
    • 9.再略炒十几秒后撒一些黑胡椒粉即可出锅
